It’s basically networking for female founders, with professional photography thrown in, and a focus on visibility but in a truly authentic way, and lots of support for each other, and all the ickiness of networking taken out, and a sprinkle of feminism and taking down the patriarchy … and actually so much more than you can even put into words!
You’re a woman in business and whether you’re flying solo or want to lead the way within your organisation or industry, being visible on your own terms is important, and being surrounded by women who inspire & encourage you to do that is VITAL!
The Passion & Purpose Club is a community of women working together to boost their individual visibility in a truthful, authentic way.
We focus on all aspects of being more visible from photo's and video, to using your voice and getting comfortable in the spotlight and crucially, by supporting each other we boost our courage and our confidence.
We practice together, learn together and cheer each other on, greeting challenges side by side, moving past blocks and moving into new ways of thinking.

We have big conversations on topics we're all affected by as ambitious women including failure, confidence, gender equality, self-worth, privilege, pricing our services & products and so much more.
Each month we focus on one area, using prompts and insight to develop the conversation.
As well as being interesting conversations the biggest advantage is that it starts to build true connection with each other and in turn equips us to then have those same conversations outside of the Club.
Connection is why we’re here; it is what gives purpose and meaning to our lives.

This community was created to help women to be more visible, AND in doing so inspire lots more women to do the same. Our talents, skills and knowledge are way more interesting than how we look and we MUST show up in order to share our stories, connect with others and ultimately make what we do and what we believe in more visible!

Aside from an amazing community, lots of support and hopefully great coffee (tea drinkers also welcome!), each Clubber will get 5 new photographs to use each month. What they are is up to you. Headshots, action shots, product images, branding shots, the choice is yours and we’ll be on hand to inspire you if you’ve run out of ideas.
At some clubs our focus will be on video or another area of visibility support but a professional photographer will be at every Club so if you need photos and they're not the main focus at that particular club, you'll still be able to get them. No questions asked.
Outside of the monthly meets in-person there are of course the online clubs and you’ll also have access to the private What’s App group so you can share what’s happening in between sessions and reach out for help if you’re stuck with something in particular.
The Passion & Purpose Club is for you if:
You run your own business and recognise that people buy people so being seen is critical to building connections
Or you’re keen to blaze a trail within your own company or industry and recognise working on your personal brand is important
You love deep conversations that help you get clarity on issues big & small
You know great content makes a difference but sometimes you just run out of ideas
Being more visible makes you uncomfortable but you wanna work through that as you know nothing changes, if nothing changes

You can feel a little self conscious and recognise how empowering it would be to grow alongside other women who feel the same

01 THE P&P CLUB ONLNE
An online version of that months in-person club for those who can't make that month, or want a double hit! A perfect opportunity to meet more members from the comfort of your own home and explore the theme further. An absolute bonus for those only attending every other month too!
02 PRACTICAL VISIBILITY SESSION
Lots of images but not sure how to use them?
Want to do more video but unsure where to start?
Want to know how to repurpose popular images in a different way?
Need ideas on what images to take?
Want to improve your selfies?
The list is endless and this ONLINE monthly club aims to over all the above and more, helping you gain more confidence and more skills in the technical art of showing up.
Each session will be part technical (such as one of the above topics) and part Q&A (technical elements you may be struggling or succeeding with!) Each session is recorded so if you can't make it live be sure to register as attending so you'll be notified once the video is available.

This is our Pay As You Go offer. Sure it’s more expensive and there’s no ongoing community but it suits her just fine.

How does it feel at The Passion & Purpose Club?
The Passion & Purpose Club (originally PHOTO CLUB) was set up initially to help women in business increase their visibility, and to provide a safe space in which we could support each other but it’s ended up being so much more than that.
It’s fun, inspiring, empowering, it picks you up when you’re feeling down, it encourages you to see your own worth as well as everyone else’s. It encourages collaboration and community … and that’s just what I think as it’s founder!
